William "Bill" Clarence Cain

Bill is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jacqueline “Jackie” T. Cain; daughter, Janine C. Hamilton (Steve) of Rapid City, SD; grandchildren, Melanie H. Bunch (Josh) of Denver, CO, Jason Hamilton (Jacqueline)of Rapid City, SD, and Alex Hamilton (Madison) of Omaha, NE, and Sarah H. McBride (Samuel)of Evanston, WY; great grandchildren, Aliyah and Cameron Bunch, Jillian Hamilton; and Audriana and Aliyah Hamilton; nieces, Mary Boyle (Mike), Barbara Bryant, Wendell Bryant (Connie) all of Atlanta, GA; brother-in-law, Weyman Bryant of Atlanta, GA; Bill also leaves many cousins and one Uncle, Aubrey Duncan of Atlanta, GA .

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cenie Larrilyn Cain and sister, Elizabeth Cain Bryant, as well as his parents.

Bill was kind and caring, truly a gift to all who knew him.

Bill served his country for a total of 34 years in both the U.S. Marines and the U.S. Army.

Services will be at Ephesus Baptist Church, 6767 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27606 on Tuesday April 1, 2014 at 2PM. Burial will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park.

Viewing will be at Ephesus Baptist Church one hour prior to the service.
