Born on September 8, 1929, in Morocco, she was the daughter of the late William and Fernande Fouque. Her childhood years took her to Paris, France where she grew up, was educated and worked until relocating to the United States in 1956. Once in the US, she lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana until 1978. She retired from Solar Turbines, San Diego, California where she lived for 38 years before relocating to Raleigh in 2015.
Gisele is survived by her son Gary (Cindi) Williams of Cary, North Carolina, grandchildren Brian (Renee) Williams of Raleigh, North Carolina, Sara Horsley and a great granddaughter Makenzie Horsley of Holly Springs, North Carolina.
A Memorial Service and Celebration of Gisele’s Life will be held from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM on Friday, July 12, 2019 at Independence Village of Olde Raleigh, 3113 Charles B Root Wynd, Raleigh, North Carolina.
