Betty Jean Fogleman Medlin

She is survived by her husband James H. Medlin, Jr. of Apex, NC; her son Gregory Moore Proctor and his wife Brenda Lynn Proctor and their two sons Dalton Moore Proctor and Jordan Moore Proctor, of Jensen Beach, FL.; her son James Glenn Medlin and his wife Emily Whittle Medlin and their son James Brody Medlin, of Cary, NC; her brother, Mickey Fogleman and his wife Melanie, of Wilmington, NC; her sister-in-law, Becky Fogleman of Durham; and numerous beloved relatives.

Betty was a compassionate soul with a big heart and a positive spirit. She loved her family and most of all cherished her time with her grandchildren. Betty always carried herself with class, elegance, and grace.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home in Cary, NC.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Raleigh Memorial Park in Raleigh, NC.
