Roy Lee McClure

Roy is preceded in death by his wife, Helen Clark McClure; parents, Woodrow Willard McClure and Frances Foster McClure. He is survived by his; children, Kevin (Susan) McClure, Deborah (Ken) McClure Pia, Marty (Ginger) McClure; grandchildren, Brandon (Brooke) McClure, Cardie McClure, Alex Pia, Benjamin McClure, Kaylee McClure, Erik Pia and Jessica Pia; great granddaughter, Jacqueline McClure; sisters, Janet (Donny) Hammond and Joyce McGee; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Josh James officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. The interment will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Georgia National Cemetery with Brandon McClure, Benjamin McClure, Alex Pia, Erik Pia and Rick Hammond serving as pallbearers, Georgia Mountain Music Club serving as honorary pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Roy’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
