Patricia Walker, born on May 19, 1939, in Xenia, Ohio, to Vivian Snell and James T. Henry, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Patricia’s life was a testament to her love for family, sports, and helping others.
In her early years, Patricia moved to Los Angeles, California, where she married the love of her life, Robert Walker. Together, they built a beautiful family, raising three children: Robert Walker Jr., Carl Walker, and Bernadette Walker. Patricia briefly worked as a nursing assistant, a role she cherished because it allowed her to help those in need.
Patricia had a passion for watching sports and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, such as drinking beer and spending time with her family. Her home was always filled with laughter and love, creating cherished memories for all who knew her.
Patricia is preceded in death by her sisters, Geraldine Henry (Vikki Ashley), Katherine (Katie) Henry, Mary Elizabeth Henry, Josephine Henry; brothers, Ronald Barrett Henry, Charles (Corky) Stanley Henry, Edward Milton Henry and Maurice Henry. She is survived by her children, Robert Walker, Carl Walker, and Bernadette Fortune (née Walker); her grandchildren, Aaquil Brown, Khalif Brown, Michael Sullivan, and Floyd Sullivan Jr.; and her great-grandchildren, Jedi Brown, Aaquil Brown Jr., Angel Brown, and Khalif Brown Jr.; sisters, Barbara Henry Brooks, Irene Henry Corbett; brother, James Thurman Henry, Jr. Patricia’s legacy of love and kindness will continue to live on through her family.
Patricia will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her spirit will forever remain in their hearts. A private memorial service will be held to celebrate her life and the joy she brought to those around her.
