Dorothy Clay (Dot) Dooley

Miss Dooley was born May 9, 1930 in Bartow County, the daughter of the late, Clay and Nellie Dooley, was owner and operator for many years of AAA Engine Parts and was a member of Bartow Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Bonnylin Garland and Isalee Dooley.

Surviving are sisters, Ella Mae Dooley, Annie Lou Dooley, Jaylene Brideau and LaTrelle Daniel, all of Rydal, a brother in law, Jerry Daniel of Rydal, nephews, Billy and Daniel Garland, Wes Guyton and a number of great nieces and nephews and special friend, L.G. Hendricks.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Bartow Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Mark Rackley, Rev. Paul Garrison and Rev. Douglas Harris officiating.

Burial will follow in Pine Log Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Sol Collum, Eric Abernathy, Dwight Fox, Bill Bennett, Tim Howard and Robert Turner.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bartow Cumberland Presbyterian Church Session.
