Bertha Mae Wilson

Mrs. Wilson was born August 30, 1916 the daughter of the late, Joe and Earnestine (Fowler) Moss, and was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church in Rydal. She enjoyed going to yard sales and loved her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dave Wilson, son and daughter In law, Billy and Elsie Wilson, daughter, Marie Howard, grandchildren, Larry Wilson and Kim Wilson and two brothers, Gene Moss and Jimmy Moss.

Surviving are her children, Paul David and Betty Wilson, Donald and Syble Wilson and Randy and Carla Wilson, all of Cartersville, nine grandchildren, nineteen great- grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren and nieces and nepehws.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. George Gray, Rev. Ralph Shook and Rev. Reggie Temples officiating.

Entombment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Matt Wilson, Levi Camp, Daniel Heater, Ethan Wilson, Sam Wilson and Johnnie Knight.

Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Moss, Roger Moss, Denton Murphy, Bobby Wilson and Timmy Wilson.

Owen Funeral Home, 12 Collins Drive, Cartersville, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
