Amy Lisette Godinez spread her wings to eternity on November 16, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, light, and laughter. Amy was born on May 19, 2002 to Nancy Lopez and Juan Godinez. From the earliest days of her life, Amy was a bundle of energy who was the life of the party and sought to make the lives of her friends and family better through laughter. Her infectious energy exploded onto the dance floor and into cheerleading competitions, including a special trip to New York City to participate in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade with the Incline High School Cheer Squad. Her kindness and willingness to help a friend in need made Amy a truly special light in this world and the world is an infinitely darker place without her presence.

Amy will forever be cherished by her parents Nancy Lopez and Juan Godinez and her sister Alayna Godinez, her fiancé Jaquil Dismukes, and many extended family and friends.
