Wanda L. Lee

On December 15th at the age of 78, Wanda Lee left this “Walk of Life” to be with the Lord. She is survived by her children, Gin Welch and husband Larry of Jacksonville, AL; Bobby Ventrca and wife Karen of Carrollton, TX; Lisa Elmore and husband Bill of Little Elm, TX. She left behind 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Wanda is survived by 2 sisters, Virginia Smith of Dallas, TX and Helen Houston of Krum, TX. She was preceded in death by son Bill David Ventrca, sister Anna Mae Burleson, brother Bud Burleson and parents Ritchie Jordan & Etta Mae Burleson.

Memorial services will be held at Rhoton Funeral Home at 1511 S. I-35 in Carrollton, TX on Monday, December 19th at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make a donation to the American Diabetes Association at 4100 Alpha Road, Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75244.

Our family would like to thank everyone at the Lake Village Nursing Home & Rehab Home for their care of our mother. Also, thanks to the ICU department at Lewisville Medical Center for all their dedication and care.
