I'm so sorry about Bill.  There are no words that I can say to lessen your pain but please know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. The few times I was with the two of you, your love for each other was beautiful to see. I may not have been close with him but he made a permanent mark in my life loving you.  Take care and I love you.

Bill was one of my "St Louis cousins," and I felt a special bond with him since our birthdays were so close together. I will always remember a trip to St Louis in the late 1960s when Bill took me and my brother Ray to see the new movie "Camelot." It felt amazing to be in that big city, and to know someone who could navigate the streets like a pro. 
Bill and I talked very occasionally in the last 20 years. But I remember my husband Tim and I had lunch with and visited Bill in Carrollton in 2004. Bill spoke about each member of his family with such joy and pride. He loved his home and his church. I admire how he was always ready for the next challenge. May he find only joyful challenges in the life he now lives with God.

Bill had a generous spirit, deep faith, unbridled enthusiasm, genuine humility, a gentle humor, and total class – he was first, last an always a gentleman in the finest sense of the word.  No matter what life threw at Bill over the years, no adversity could defeat his positive spirit. He was loved and respected by all who knew him. I was privileged to have had the opportunity to be his friend – through thick and thin, and through what seems to have been several lifetimes – for 33 years.

Bill was part of my VERY CLOSE EXTENDED family, "The Shaws". He filled the void I had in our family as my Big Brother growing up. He was very Loved and Respected by my parents Marian & Fred Indelicato.
Bill and I worked together off and on for quite a few years,he even got me my first job as Custodian of Immanuel Methodist Church, and through those years and when ever we got together, we always had many Heart Felt conversations with one another. 
Bill was always a down to earth person with me, "What you see is what you got".  I will miss Bill, I will miss our conversations about Family, about God, about our continued Hopes and Dreams, I will miss his quirky smile.
But I know through the Great Mercy and Love of God that I will see him again in Gods Kingdom.

My brother, Bill was one of the kindest people I've ever known. He had a great sense of humor and an uncanny rapport with animals. I will hold fast to my memory of Bill last summer when he visited us in Marshfield, MO; he was sitting  on our couch petting all 3 of our dogs at once as they sat around him adoringly. Peanut, Sandi, and King are astute judges of character!

Now Bill is keeping company with our dad. I miss them both more than I can express
