CAPE CORAL, FL – William Paul Gronberg formerly of Cedar Falls, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017 at the Hope Hospice House, Cape Coral, FL. He was born January 15, 1954 in Waterloo, Iowa son of William L and Beverly Levett Gronberg. He married Kathryn (Kathy) LaRue on August 7, 1976 in Cedar Falls. Mr. Gronberg graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1972. He was a business owner of Wm L Gronberg Insurance Agency in Waterloo until 1997 and received a CPCU designation. He was a former member of St Patrick’s Catholic Church in Cedar Falls and presently a member of St Andrew’s Catholic Church in Cape Coral. Survived by: spouse Kathy; one daughter, Jessica Kathryn Gronberg of Plantation, FL; one son, William Jason Gronberg of Verndale, MN; three granddaughters-Angelique, Lilliana, and Adalyn; and a sister, Cheryl Lee Gronberg Hines of Burr Ridge, IL.
