On June 30, 2019, while in the home she loved, and with her husband by her side, Shari Bornfreund passed on after 75 years of life. During their 54 years of marriage, she was deeply devoted to her husband Richard. In addition to her love for her husband, was her love and devotion for her children, Andrea, Jonathan and Matthew, her daughters-in-law Melissa and Laura, her seven grandchildren Alexis, Troy, Samuel, Cheyenne, Joseph, Ainsley and Tatiana, as well as her sister-in-law Lynn and cousin Kenneth. Shari was a friend to all who knew her. She had a disarming smile that made everyone feel at ease. She will be missed, but the memory of Shari will live forever.
Shari and her husband have lived in Cape Coral for the past 27 years. During that time, they traveled the East Coast visiting their children, grandchildren and friends. She really enjoyed being with all of them, both together and individually.
