Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Felicia Hreschak, his daughter, Patricia DeFilippi, son-in-law Dominic DeFilippi, grandchildren Joseph Hreschak IV, Brittany Hreschak, Jodi DeFilippi, and Mia DeFilippi. He was preceded in death by his son Joseph Hreschak III.
Joseph was known for his quick wit and playful personality. Always up for a drink and a good laugh. His career spanned through banking, retail, security and a couple entrepreneurial adventures. His love for his Dolphins and whatever team the grandkids were supporting he found joy in. His passion for sports brought light and entertainment to his life.
Joseph’s legacy will continue to live on through the memories shared by his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 950 Chiquita Blvd. S. Cape Coral, Florida 33991 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM with a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery. All are invited back to the DeFilippi home for a celebration of life.
