James L. Howe was born on August 13, 1947 to Henry and Peggy Howe. He was raised on the family farm near Zimmerman, MN. Jim was known as an extremely hard worker, whether it be for his career, or just helping a friend, no one out worked him. Later in life Jim loved playing cards, fantasy football, and spending time with his grandchildren. Jim was very passionate about his love for his family, his friends (who he always thought of as family), The American Legion and the Minnesota Twins.
