Dorothy A. Thomas

Dorothy A. Thomas, 76 of Cape Coral, passed away on Thursday, November 16th, 2023. She was born April 7th, 1947, in Rockville Centre, New York. She was known by those who loved her most as Mom, Mama, Grandma, she was loved dearly by so many and will be sorely missed by us all.

For over 30 years she worked for the school district as a lunch lady. She was well known in the community and had made long-time friends. She was always the life of every party she attended, she loved to dance, spending many hours at the park with her grandson, going on many cruises, and traveling.

She was a wonderful mother and grandma, who loved her family with her whole heart. She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will live on in her sons and grandchildren. She was truly one in a million. We were extremely blessed to have her in our lives and will always cherish our memories of her.

She is preceded in death by her Father (Joseph), Mother (Anna) and brother (Salvatore). She is survived by her sons Nicholas Thomas (Tiffany) and Christopher Thomas. Her two grandsons Blake and Carter, granddaughter Candler, and her brother John Chiarelli (Pat). She has many nephews and nieces.
