David Raymond Soucy, 67 of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at his home. He was born on January 1, 1948 in Worcester, MA to Ernest and Dorothy Smith Soucy. David and Jean moved from Worcester to Cape Coral in 2003. He was an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. David enjoyed golfing and the Flea Market.
He is survived by his loving family including his wife of 43 years, Jean Mantone Soucy; son, Matthew Soucy of Worcester; daughters, Melissa Soucy Bissonnette of North Fort Myers, FL and Kristie Jo Churchey of Worcester; granddaughters, Tayla-Jean and Julianna Bissonnette; great grandson, Jovani; siblings, Russell (Adrienne) Soucy of Kissimmee, FL, Doreen (Louie) Diaz of Worcester, Paulette Soucy of Worcester, John (Carol) Soucy or Worcester, Norman (Young) Soucy of South Korea; many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, Michael Soucy, Lawrence Soucy, Ernest Soucy; sister, Anna Soucy.
