Johnny Lee Wood, 70, of Canton, Texas passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on April 4, 2021. He was born on December 28, 1950 in El Paso, Texas to Ralph and Lois Wood.
Johnny loved golf, chicken cilantro at his favorite restaurant in Irving Via Real, and playing Blackjack. He could often be found in the living room, feet propped up and Coke in hand, offering up the phrase, "It's good to be the king."
Johnny is survived by his loving wife Susan; his two sons, Jacob and wife, Dominique and Joshua and fiancé, Lillie; his brothers, Jerry and Jim, and his sister, Shirley.
He is preceded in death by parents, R.E. and Lois Wood.
