Virginia J. “Jenny” Mottice, age 88, of Perry Township, died Monday evening, July 8, 2013 at Aultman Compassionate Care Center, surrounded by her family.
She was born August 16, 1924 in Canton, Ohio to the late John and Helen Motz. Jenny worked at JCPenney for more than 15 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers; one sister; one granddaughter; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Jerry Keagy; and sons, Harold D. “Speedy” Mottice and William A. Mottice. She is survived by her husband, Harold W. Mottice; son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Kay Mottice; daughter and son-in-law, Ilona “Oney” and John Kinsey; fourteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; nine great great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00pm on Thursday in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call Thursday from 4-6pm at the funeral home.
