It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Steve Halliwell, Petty Officer 2nd Class Ret. Passed away unexpectedly at the age of 62 on Wed, July 11 2018. He is survived by his wife Charlene, his children Kira (Sean), Danielle (Brek), and Tristan, his mother Shirley, sister Wendy (Brian) and many loved family and friends. He was predeceased by his father Frank and brother Bruce. A celebration of life is to be held in his memory at the Canadian Forces Sailing Association at 1001 Maplebank Rd, Victoria, BC on Aug 4th, 2018 from 3:00pm-9:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice benefiting under-privileged children.
