Dot passed away peacefully June 27th, 2024. She was a mother to 4 daughters Sharon (Rodney), Donna (Barry), Teresa (Robert), Elaine (Pekka). Her 6 grandchildren Selena, Byron, Clinton, Amanda, Samantha, Justine, and 7 Great grandchildren Jayda, Emma, Noah, Abby, Tyrus, Kohen, and Vincent brought her immense pride and joy. She outlived 2 partners Vic & Bob, her 3 brothers Denny, Larry, and Bob as well as many dear friends along the way.
Mom was kind-hearted and welcoming, the door to our home was always open. Her easy-going manner and sense of humour made her a pleasure to be around.
Mom was an Island girl, born in Victoria moving to Campbell River in 1963 it was a bustling, booming town and Mom fit right in, she made many friends and always enjoyed the wonderful nature close by. Camping at the many lakes and rivers held special memories.
She was an animal lover always had cats and dogs... her little Rusty kept watch over her till the very end. Her favourite thing was to sit and chat with family and friends with a glass of wine.
