LaVerne Jean Block

She was born in Milwaukee, WI on June 10, 1928 to the late Andrew J and Augusta J Garraghan.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas Robert Block in 2000.

LaVerne is survived by her children, Suzanne (Kenny) Lung, Deb (Gary) Euske, Mike (Debbie) Block and Cindy (Denny) Dean, her grandchildren, Rebecca Litchfield, Christopher Machut, Natalie Meiggs, Eric Euske, Kyle Euske, Kevin Dean, Nicole Dean, and Aubry Dean, her great grandchildren, Alex, Taylor, Morgan, Jake, Savin, TJ and Braden, her sister, Evelyne Ament and her sister in law, Carmen Garraghan.

LaVerne was a devoted wife, Mom, Gram and Gigi and friend to all. She cared and interacted with everyone she met with kindness and understanding. She loved music, dancing, cooking for everyone’s individual taste, gardening and nature. She was environmentally conscientious long before it became relevant.

LaVerne will be loved and missed by everyone whose path she crossed.

A private viewing will be held. Burial will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
