2 May 2016 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. Anna hoped to live until Easter Sunday—which she did.
Born in Tripoli, Greece, she immigrated along with her parents and her siblings to the United States in 1973.
She was a long time employee of Quality Cleaners in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania.
She is survived by her husband, Gust, her sons, Timothy and Jonathan, her mother, Hrisoula Tambasis, all of Camp Hill; her sister, Angela Karagiannis, of Harrisburg; her sister, Georgia Tambasis of Wheeling, West Virginia; and her brother, George Tambasis, of Camp Hill. She is also survived by a plethora of family, nephews, nieces, cousins, and many, many friends. She will be deeply missed by all.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Viewing will be held at the cathedral between 10:30 A.M. and 11:30 A.M. with a service immediately following the viewing.
