Robert Donald Rooke

Passed away peacefully on Friday, January 4, 2013 at Kitchener Trinity Village (GRH), in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Morley) for 62 years. Father of Thomas and his wife Barbara (Karen deceased 1996), Richard and his wife Tracy, of Owen Sound. Also survived by his grandchildren; Kristina (Jason), Katrina (Billy), Zach, and Rebecca and two great granddaughters; Khloe and Kayleigh. He also leaves behind his brothers; Eugene “Ike” and Douglas (Irene), sister-in-law Jessie, and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Hebert and Bertha, brothers Llewellyn, Clayton, Howard, and sisters; Adele, Margaret, Bernice, Lorraine "Daisy", Audrey, and sister-in-law Jean.

The family will receive friends at the BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, 519-653-3251 on Sunday, January 6th from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held from the Funeral Home on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 1 p.m. Interment at Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge, Ontario.
