Elizabeth Anne Aitchison

Beloved wife and best friend of Kelly Aitchison for 40 years. Loving mother of Linsay (Kent) O'Neill, Krista (Francis) Duchaine, and James (Briana McDowell) Aitchison. Proud and loving Granny to grandchildren Madison, William, Brianna, and Cailin and great-grandchildren Austin and Alex. She will also be lovingly remembered by her mother Cathy Fisk, brother David (Elizabeth) Fisk, sister Deb Sorley, mother-in-law Linda Aitchison, sisters-in-law Kim (Gary) and Kathy, brother-in-law Keith (Sandy) many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Liz was born and grew up in Niagara Falls. She loved living there because it was an exciting place.

Liz and Kelly moved with their young family to Cambridge and over the years, Liz worked at several places, most recently as a greeter at Costco.

She was a very artistic and creative person, she loved knitting, crocheting, Paint Nights with her friends (or family) and animals. She was also a very good baker, paying special attention to the little details so that her results were works of art and reflective of her personality but the most important thing in her life was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In accordance with the regulations of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario due to COVID-19, all events are restricted to a specified number of attendees. Please RSVP in advance by calling 519-623-1290 during business hours. All visitors are asked to remain in their vehicles until their allotted time. Visitors are also required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.

Family and friends are invited to RSVP to Memorial Visitation at the T. Little Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519) 623-1290 on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 from 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 8 pm.

Please follow the directions of the funeral home staff upon arrival.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in Liz’s memory to the Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by her family.
