Lewis, Cayden Alec - (Born April 25th , 2011) - Passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Friday, June 17, 2011. Cayden was and will be, much loved and sadly missed by his loving parents Deanna Lewis and Cody Coffin. Also by Grandparents Christine Ballantyne(Paul King), Gordon and Jacqueline Coffin and Wayne Lewis(Tanya Noseworthy). Dearest nephew of James King, Kirk Coffin(Ali Scott), Mackenzie Lewis, Katelynn Lewis and stole the hearts of many relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at the BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge 519-653-3251 on Monday, June 20, 2011 from 2 – 4 pm.
Funeral Service will be held at Central Presbyterian Church, 7 Queens Square, Cambridge on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 1:00 pm. Visitation at Church 1 hour prior to service time. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Breslau, Ontario. As expressions of sympathy, donations to McMaster Children’s Hospital would be greatly appreciated by the family.
