Bernard Francis Kelly

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Bernie after a courageous 9 yr battle with lymphoma on Thursday June 7, 2012 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Bernie accomplished everything he wanted to do in his life. Spending all his summers at the trailer at Emerald Lake, where he was surrounded by so many friends, playing euchre, driving his golf cart or just sitting on the deck entertaining. He also spent the last few yrs enjoying winters in Florida, where he also met many friends. Leaving behind his soul mate Janice, children Dino (Kelly) Deml, Brandi (Skye) Silver, Jennifer (Diem) Brown, Lindsay (Gord Rees), Holley (Wes Parsons), and 10 adorable grandchildren. He will also be greatly missed by sisters Lynn, Valerie, Ann, Wilma, and brothers Pat, Mike, Ray, Matt, Mark, Steve. Bernie also loved the last few Saturdays going for breakfast and spending quality time with his brothers. The family would also like to acknowledge the special care Bernie received at Medical Day Care from all the Drs. and Nurses; with whom he created a special bond over the last few months of his life. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home 96 St. Andrews St. Cambridge on Saturday June 16, 2012 from 1-3 P.M. follow by a Memorial Service at 3 P.M.
