Sai Yuen

阮細於2022年11月24日在孩子們的陪伴下安詳辭世，享年91歲。

阮細出生於香港，1938年搬到中國住，在那裡撫養5個漂亮的孩子，而她的丈夫則在香港創立未來。在1979她帶著家人和孩子們搬回香港与丈夫團聚。

短短相聚七年時間，她的丈夫就去世了。但她的韌性和堅強讓她繼續過著幸福而充實的生活。

1990年，她移民到加拿大和女兒和家人同住。

阮細花了十多年時間往返卡城同香港，這樣她就有時間陪伴所有孩子同孫兒們。

2013年，阮細和孩子長期住在卡加里，並最終搬到了榮基翠景，直到她去世的那一天。

認識阮細的人都知道她是一個誠實大方的人，她非常愛護她 的家人，喜歡和她的孩子和孫子們一起。她永遠不會拒絕做任何辛苦的事情，她好喜歡同孩子們一起享受所有美味的食物，她從不抱怨你帶她去任何地方玩，只要她同家人一起她就很開心。也表達了她對周圍的人的關心愛護和感情。

阮細在世的時候，她喜歡為家人做飯，她还是一個慈善的人，乐於回歸身邊的人。在她生命的最後几個月，阮細住在榮基翠景，她的家人和友善的員工給她無條件的愛和關懷。她與家人一起創造了許多的特別回憶。這些回憶將永遠被珍藏。她到最後一刻，在她自己的床上有仔女孫女的陪伴下安詳地離世。她所有的家人孩子孫子們都會永遠懷念她。

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Sai Yuen.

Sai passed away peacefully with her children by her side on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at the age of 91 years.

Sai was born in Hong Kong and had to relocate to China where she raised her 5 beautiful children while her husband was in Hong Kong building their future. Sai eventually moved back to Hong Kong with her children to reunite with her husband in 1979.

Sai’s husband passed away 7 short years later, however Sai’s resilience and strength allowed her to continue living a very blessed and full life. She ended up immigrating to Canada to live with her daughter and family in 1990. Sai spent over a decade splitting her time between Calgary and Hong Kong so she could spend time with all her children and grandchildren.

In 2013, Sai moved to Calgary permanently where she lived with her children and eventually moved to the Wing Kei Greenview until the day of her passing.

Those that knew Sai, knew her as honest and generous. She loved her family very much and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She would never say no to going on any adventures or dimsum. She never complained about where you took her; as long as she was spending time with her family she was happy.

Sai expressed love and affection for those around her through food and quality time. In Sai’s younger days she loved cooking for her family. Sai was also a philanthropist and enjoyed giving back to those around her.

In her final months, Sai was at Wing Kei Greenview where her family and loving staff showered her with unconditional love and care. She created many special memories with her family that will forever be cherished. She passed away peacefully in her own bed, surrounded by her children.

She will be dearly missed by all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
