John Arod Morrison passed away peacefully at the Colonel Belcher Care Centre, Calgary on April 5, 2012 at the age of 97 years. John was born in Truro Nova Scotia on November 15, 1914. He was predeceased by Doris, his wife of 58 years, in 1996. John was survived by his son Michael, daughter Susan (Chris) and numerous family members across Canada and the US.
John served overseas with the WNSR from 1939 – 1945.
At John’s request there will be no service, following cremation he will be placed with Doris in a final resting place. The family would like to thank the staff at the Colonel Belcher for their excellent care.
