David Forster Aust

November 23, 1938 Toronto – May 30, 2013 Calgary

David Aust passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at the age of 74 years. David is survived by his wife, Anne Aust; five sons: Steven (Doreen) Aust, Michael Aust, James (Jackie) Aust, Andrew Aust, Jeffrey Aust (Kim Crawford) as well as by granddaughters Morgan Boyko Aust, Amanda and Andrea Aust and their mother Nadeen Aust. David is also survived by his sister, Judi Creighton in Australia, whom he first met in 2003. He was predeceased by his parents, Loral and Forster Aust; brother, Gordon Aust and survived by sister-in-law Patricia Aust, and two nephews. David’s career was in the finance industry, in Estates and Trust, starting with Canada Permanent Trust for twenty-five years, retiring in 2004 from TD Canada Trust as Manager, Prairie Region, of Estates and Trusts. A Memorial Gathering will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. If friends so desire, donations may be made directly to The Canadian Diabetes Association, 1400-522 University Avenue, Toronto, ON M5G 2R5.
