Beatrice passed away in Calgary, Alberta on Monday, August 19, 2019 at the age of 94 years. She was the loving wife for 34 years of the late Thomas Robert (Bob) Cochrane. Beatrice was born in Woodrow, Saskatchewan as the daughter of William and Grace Armstrong.
She is survived by her daughters Debra Johnson and Roberta “Bobbie” Cochrane and her long-time partner Denise MacPhee; granddaughter Danielle Hoover (Andy) of San Jose, CA. and grandson Justin Johnson (Jamie) of Las Vegas, NV., four great grandchildren; Penny, Lily, Dylan and Beau. She is also survived by her brother George Armstrong of Westlock, AB and niece Bonnie. Beatrice was predeceased by her husband Thomas Robert (Bob) Cochrane and her brother Ted Armstrong.
Beatrice was a long time member the Order of the Eastern Star, Bow Valley Chapter.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at St. David’s United Church, 3303 Capitol Hill Crescent NW, Calgary, Alberta at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, October 4, 2019.
