Audrey was born on May 21, 1945 in Montreal, Quebec to Mr. & Mrs. Gerald & Violet Proudlock. She was the older sister to Pamela (Bruce) Morgan, Marilyn (Stephen) Bussey and Sharon (Dan) Reid. The girls all grew up in Montreal until Audrey, her husband Ken, and their two young children moved to Calgary in 1975 to raise their family.
Audrey was devoted to her family, church, work, friends, and the community. She loved to sing, travel, be with friends, and go for daily walks.
As a person of unquestionable faith, Audrey will rejoice in heaven with her parents and loving husband Ken. She leaves behind her three siblings, her children Shelley (Doug) Thunberg, Greg (Debbie) Belbin; her grandchildren Ashley (Lauren), Chelsea, Carlie, Curtis and great grandchildren Ellyanna and Maverick.
She will always be remembered for her gift of encouragement. Audrey was very intentional interacting with others and their lives. In honor of her caring nature, please share some warm “Hugs” with those you love.
As a family we will forever cherish her kindness, her thoughtfulness, her generosity and her unconditional love.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta, on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers we ask that you perform an act of kindness to a random person, neighbor, friend or family member. In a letter from mom, she reminded us that “people need people”.
