Tamela Leyendecker

On Friday, November 11, 2022, Tammie Leyendecker, went to be with her Lord and Savior at the age of 41. She is survived by husband, Seth Leyendecker; children Brody and Ella Leyendecker; mother, Karen Winkler; father, Jack Winkler; brother, Shawn (Heide) Winkler; sister, Beckie Winkler; mother- and father-in-law Sherry and Gary Leyendecker; sister- and brother-in-law Rachel and Jeff Rachoy; brother- and sister-in-law Keith and Bridgette Leyendecker; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Tammie took delight in her children and was so proud of her two amazing kids. She was the best soccer mom ever! She was a loving wife and a good daughter. Tammie was passionate for teaching children who needed extra help. She cherished her close friends, especially those in her small group at Rush Creek Bible Church. She had an eye and enthusiasm for décor and design. She loved the puppies in the family dog business.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Cook Funeral Home in Byron Center, 2067 84th St. SW, Byron Center, Michigan. Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Rush Creek Bible Church, 2334 76th St. SW, Byron Center, MI 49315, with visitation from 6-6:45 p.m. prior to the service.
