On Monday, August 22, 2022, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Koll was taken to be in the arms of Jesus. Lizzie touched many lives with her smile and joy for life. She was a social butterfly and enjoyed visiting with the staff at the Laurels of Hudsonville where she lived. Lizzie loved princesses, purses, and the color pink, but most of all, she loved her Lord. Some of her best memories were made at Camp Sunshine and Special Needs Week at the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds. We are thankful to the staff at the Laurels for their compassion and care for Lizzie.
Preceding her death is her stillborn sister, Melissa. Surviving are her parents James and Sally (Ekema) Koll; siblings Jason and Julie (VanLeeuwen) Koll, Corey and Lisa (Harkema) Koll, and Robert Koll; nephews and nieces Josh, Jordan, Madelyn, Olivia, and Everett Koll; grandmother, Dorothy (Klassen) Koll; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
