It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Sue Ying Chow on December 2, 2021 in Burnaby at the age of 88.
Sue was born in Hoiping China and came to Canada in 1954. She was a caring and selfless mother, grand-mother and friend who would do anything for family and friends.
She loved to knit, sew quilts, grow flowers and vegetables in her leisure time.
Her husband of 49 years, Hong Hay, predeceased her in 2003. She is survived by her four children Janet, Gerald, Garry, Alan, daughter-in-law Valerie Archer, and grand-daughter Amelia.
As per Sue's wishes there will be a private family memorial.
