Rocco Commisso

It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved father Rocco Commisso on January 4, 2019. Rocco was born in Marina di Gioiosa Ionica in Calabria, Italy on January 28, 1936. Rocco is predeceased by his father Francesco, mother Rosina, and sister Maria. Rocco leaves behind his wife of 51 years Maria, son Frank, daughter Daniela, daughter Sabina (Randall), son Salvatore (Jennifer) and son Anthony. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Thomas, Rocco, Cristina, Nadia and Matteo. He is survived by his siblings Teresa, Giuseppina, Natalina, Giuseppe, Salvatore, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 8:00 pm at St. Francis of Assisi Parish. Funeral will be held on Thursday, January 10, at 1:00 pm also at St. Francis of Assisi Parish. Entombment to follow at Ocean View Burial Park in the South Mausoleum located at 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby.
