It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Milomir “Mike” Popovic on May 15, 2023 in Vancouver, BC at the age of 81.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, Milina; daughter Gordana (Rasa); granddaughter (Masa); and the rest of his family. He is predeceased by his beloved daughter, Miryana “Mira”.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, May 29, 2023 at Ocean View Burial Park – South Mausoleum, 400 Imperial Street, Burnaby, with a reception to follow at Balkan House Restaurant, 7530 Edmonds Street, Burnaby.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Memory of Milomir may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of B.C. and Yukon, 885 Dunsmuir Street, Suite #200, Vancouver, BC V6C 1N5.
