Passed away peacefully at Royal Columbian Hospital on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at the age of 84. Sadly missed by her loving husband of 59 years, Lauro; sons, James (Karen) and Danni; grandchildren, Brett (Corinna) and Scott; sister, Ellen Sharp; and brother, Sylvester-Frank Szezpanski; also by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Frances was predeceased by her father, John Szezpanski; mother, Lilian Gudbranson; brother, Albert Scheffel; and sister, Anne Heatherington. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 9 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Ocean View Funeral Home, 4000 Imperial St., Burnaby, where a Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, August 10 at 1:30 p.m. with Visitation prior from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Entombment will take place at the Ocean View Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in memory of Frances Favaro to the Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice.
