Deborah L. Parks was born in Tulare, Ca. on September 5, 1948 to John and Geraldine Dixson. She passed away on April 12,2023 in Bullhead City, Az. at the age of 74. She graduated from Tulare Union High School with the class of 1966. Deborah worked for Bank of America for 13 years and ended her career as a Payroll Technician for 22 years at Delano Union School District.
Deborah was preceded in death by her husband Jack R. Parks, parents John and Geraldine Dixson, and brother Dennis Dixson. Deborah is survived by her daughter, Stacey Rusco and grandsons, Jonathan Rusco and Jordan Rusco.
Arrangements are in the care of Dimond and Sons Silver Bell Chapel.
