David was born in Bryan, Texas on December 18, 1956. He spent time in the oil field and later worked with his father hanging wallpaper and painting. He loved to fish and hunt, those who knew him know that the Brazos River was his second home. He and his wife Pam loved to spend time at the river and to gamble in Shreveport and Livingston.
David will be remembered by his wife, Pam; his sister, Beverly; his children, Charissa and Brian; his step-children, April and Christy; his grandchildren, Jaci, Addie, Brandon, Zoey, Taylor, Macey, Riley, Addison, Colton, and Logan.
A public viewing will be held at Smetana Cemetery at 9:30am on Thursday, October 21, 2021 with a funeral graveside service to follow at 10:00am.
