Thomas Earl Morris

Thomas Earl Morris, 53, of Brunswick, departed this life Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 2PM in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Chapel Park Cemetery with Brandon Morris, Landis Rotz, Craig O’Berry, Joey Kicklighter, Paul Williams, and Jeff Thompson serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Shawn Morris and Connor Boone.

Born September 3, 1969 in Brunswick, Georgia to Jack L. Morris, Sr. and Geneva S. Morris, he was a graduate of Brunswick High School Class of 1987. Mr. Morris was employed with ILA at the Georgia Ports Authority in Brunswick. He enjoyed working on automobiles, antiques and history. He was an avid family man, who enjoyed his family and loved them dearly. Mr. Morris was a lifelong resident of Glynn County.

Survivors include his wife, Kim L. Morris of Brunswick, two children, April O’Berry and husband Craig of Townsend, and Brandon Morris of Brunswick, his parents, Jack L. Morris, Sr. and Geneva S. Morris of Brunswick, five grandchildren, Connor Boone, Lanie Boone, Raelan Morris, Clayton O ‘Berry, and Layton O ‘Berry, a brother, Jack Morris, Jr. and wife Lori of Nahunta, and a sister, Ann Morris of Brunswick, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening, May 30, 2023 from 6 pm until 8 pm at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. www.edomillernadsons.com
