Pamela Hope Reyna Long of Brunswick, GA, 58, passed peacefully at home with her family by her side on Saturday, October 28, 2017 after a battle with breast cancer. Pam will always be remembered by her kind, gentle, spirit and the wonderful smile that greeted everyone she met.
Pam was a selfless woman who always put others ahead of herself no matter what. She was a caring wife for 30 years and found love again after losing her husband. Pam was proud of her three children and their families. She loved being “Granny Pam” and her dad was her hero.
Pam worked for numerous companies including: Eckerd Drugs, Lord Eye Center, and Millican Eye Center.
Pam was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Long and her grandparents, George & Jannie Sloan and Dan & Marie Reyna. She is survived by her children: Trevor (Sarah) Long, Michael (Cassie) Long and Kristen Long; grandson Benjamin Long; parents, Warren and Reba Reyna; siblings: Chip (Stephanie) Reyna and Tony (Tracy) Reyna; companion Mario Girard and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 1 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Thursday, November 2 at 11:00 a.m. at Bible Baptist Church in Brunswick, GA. Burial will follow in Palmetto Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Chip Reyna, Tony Reyna, Josh Crandall, Chase Queen, Jean Pierre and Robert Houghton II. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Robert Millican and the staff of Millican Eye Center.
