Laura "LJ" Ann Jordan

Laura “LJ” Ann Purvis Jordan, 36, of Wilmington , North Carolina entered eternal rest Monday,November 19, 2018. A native of Glynn County, Georgia, she was born January 24, 1982. LJ lived in Brunswick, Georgia until the 7th grade upon moving to South Carolina. She had been a resident of Willington, North Carolina for the past few years. LJ enjoyed spending time with her daughter and friends. She also enjoyed traveling, riding motorcycles, cooking, playing softball, billiards, cards and Monopoly. Her favorite place was the beach. LJ was of the Methodist Faith.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Grace and Harry Johnson and her paternal grandparents H.L. and Rose Purvis.

LJ is survived by her daughter Navae` Grace Denty; Mother Teresa Johnson; Father Kirk Purvis (Jerrie); Sister Crystal Yeager (Tim); Nephew Logan Douglas Yeager; Several aunts and uncles and other family members.

A Celebration of LJ’s Life will be Wednesday, December 12, 2018 starting at 6:00 P.M. with Reverend Don Proctor speaking at 7:00 P.M at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
