Kathleen Floyd Griffis

Kathleen came into this world on April 11, 1931, to Roy Floyd and Katie Jewel Floyd in Coffee County, Ga. She was the 6th of their nine children. She and Clemon had 5 children: Sue Jacobs (Philip) of Hamilton, Missouri, the late Harry Griffis (GiGi) of Brunswick, Brad Griffis (Shelly) of Brunswick, Roger Griffis (Qiulan) of Farr West, Utah, and Angie Ripley (Tony) of Hoover, Alabama. Kathleen is a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who departed this life leaving behind a baby brother (Sam Floyd) of Brunswick, 4 of her children, 14 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren.

There will be a visitation for family and friends at the Edo Miller Funeral Home on Glynn Avenue from 6-8 PM Thursday March 28th. The funeral service will take place at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Brunswick on Friday March 29th at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Chapel Park Cemetery.
