Yvonne beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and best friend. She was an avid football fan, of course a Cowboy fanatic, she also was a basketball fanatic her favorite teams included the Spurs, Golden State Warriors, and the Lakers. She loved to dance, she had a very outgoing personality and a unique laughter that is absolutely unforgettable. She showed her strength and courage throughout her many battles, making her one of the biggest and strongest fighters until the very end.
Yvonne will forever be loved and missed.
Yvonne is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Garza; her son Oscar Ramos Jr.; her son Billy Joe Garza Jr. (Janet); and her daughter Brezae Jo Garza; her father Daniel Perez and her mother Velia Solis Perez; her sister Yvette Perez, her brother Daniel Perez Jr. (Linda) and her brother Billy Perez; her grandchild Sydney Winchester, her grandchild Jonathan Garza and her grandchild Janelle Jo Garza.
Yvonne was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Gustavo Perez †, her paternal grandmother Andrea G. Perez †, her maternal grandfather Pablo Espinoza Sr. †, her maternal grandmother Gervacia Solis Espinoza †, her uncle Gustavo Perez Jr. †, her uncle Jose Luis Espinoza †, her uncle Juan Espinoza †, and her aunt Maria Marcelina Garza †.
A visitation for Yvonne will be held Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM with a Rosary at
7:00 PM in Chapel of Peace at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A church service will be held Friday, June 3, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Ministerio Un Ejercito, 1555 W. Adams St., Brownsville, TX 78520. Followed by a burial at 1:00 PM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
Serving as pallbearers are Billy Joe Garza, Oscar Ramos Jr., Billy Joe Garza Jr., Daniel Perez Jr., Billy Perez and Gerardo Castro Jr..
