Ruben Coronado

Pastor Ruben Coronado ministered at Galvan Revivals Church in Brownsville, TX for 25 years. The Lord called him to his heavenly kingdom on May 8, 2012 .He knew that his main purpose on Earth was to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to all so that they would be saved, and he did it with all his heart. His favorite pastime was to sing to the Lord and be with his family. He was the perfect husband, father, grandfather and friend. The love of his life was his wife of 41 years. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Revelations 21:4

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ofelia Saldaña and Juan Coronado.

Pastor Ruben is survived by wife, Irma Coronado; sons, Ruben, Rudy and Danny; daughters, Blanca, Brenda and Elizabeth; grandchildren, Abraham, Juan, Jeremias, Andres, Bella and Sophia; brother, Jose Coronado; sister, Lidia Guerrero.

Visitation will be held from 4pm to 9pm with a prayer service at 7pm on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.

A chapel service will be held at 10am on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista with a committal service to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ruben Coronado, Rudy Coronado, Danny Leon, Chris Lopez, Jose Coronado, Guero Guerrero and Mike Guerrero.
