Luciano is survived by his daughter Juanita Lozano-Pineda (Oscar L. Pineda); daughter Norma A. Barrios; daughter Noelia Lozano; and daughter Angelica Lozano (Rene Nieto); sister Francisca de León Lozano; granddaughter Katherine Marie Barrios, grandson Daniel Ivan Pineda, grandson Stephen Michael Pineda and grandson Matthew David Pineda.

Luciano was preceded in death by his wife Antelia Lozano de León†; mother Guadalupe Guerra Lozano† and father Luciano Lozano de León†; sister Maria Acevedo†; sister Guadalupe Avalos†; sister Rosa Maria Razo†; sister Oralia Garcia†; brother Hector Lozano†; brother Ernesto Lozano†; brother Roberto Lozano† and brother Juan Lozano†.

A visitation for Luciano will be held Friday, March 3, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM in Chapel of Peace at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A funeral mass will occur Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1200 Lincoln St, Brownsville, Texas 78521. Followed by a burial at 11:00 AM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
