He was the Past Commander of the VFW Post 2035 and the American Legion Post 43.
Military Honors will be conducted by the VFW Post 2035.
He is preceded in death by his son: George Loya
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 64 years of marriage, Mary Lily Loya (Flores), Children: Elizabeth (Gerald) Stinson, Janette (Robert) Otterbeck and Alexander (Letty) Loya, Grandchildren: Frank (Crystal), Melissa (Tony), Richard, Martina (Joseph), Angela, Aaron and Louie, Great Grandchildren: Ethan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
Chapel service will take place on Thursday, January 26 , 2017 at 10:00 am at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista followed by a committal service at Buena Vista Burial Park.
