MORTON, Sharon Elizabeth, 62, of Brooksville, Florida passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022 at her home.
She was born November 24, 1959 and was a lifelong resident of Brooksville, fourth-generation. Sharon was a graduate of Hernando High School and Florida State University. She was an excellent flautist and was Baptist by faith.
She is predeceased by her parents, John and Clara Morton, and survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Donna & John Wiggins, Dunnellon, FL; Susan & Rick Whealton, Brooksville, FL; Michelle & Jimmy Huntsman, Lake City, FL; and Ann Morton & Jay Legrand, Brooksville, FL; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
At Sharon’s request no services will be held. Memorial donations may be made to the Hernando County Humane Society in Sharon’s name.
