Born September 20, 1924 in Lexington, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Tensley and Lou Verne Wooten. She came to this area 24 years ago from Frankfort, Indiana and was a devoted Pastor’s wife and homemaker. She was a member of the Brooksville Wesleyan Church, Homemaker’s Club of Clinton County, Indiana, Wesleyan Women’s International, active in children and youth group ministries, pianist, organist and choir director.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Paul Ebright and her second husband, John Clarke. She is survived by her dear friends, Shirley A. and Lawson Beckett.
A Visitation for friends will be held from 10:00am-11:00am, Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Brooksville Wesleyan Church, where Funeral Services will begin at 11:00am, with Reverend Jerry Pence officiating. After Services a luncheon will be served. Burial will follow at 2:00pm at Florida National Cemetery.
