She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Batten; her mother, Willma Gail Batten; granddaughter, Kiersten Batten; and son, Adam Batten. She was survived by her youngest son, Brian Batten of Caledonia, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Xavier Batten, Lura Lynn McCracken, Austin Batten, Ethan Batten, and Addison Sandler; sister, Julie Martin; brother, William Batten; aunt, Carmen Craven; nephews, Jerrod Martin, Robert Martin, and James Heath Martin; along with many cousins and friends.
Den'e enjoyed crabbing, canoeing, and going to the rivers and lakes. She had a big heart and loved a lot. Her house was a hangout for children and teenagers while her two sons were in school. She was the life of the party.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, November 23, 2024 at the Christian Fellowship Church of Brooksville, 7391 Lykes Dublin Rd, Brooksville, FL 34601.
